How do I report an issue or ask a general question about my service or box?



Please send an email to us at support@foundersandpearls.com. We will respond to all emails in the order they are received and within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).

How much is shipping and when do boxes ship?

Shipping is $5 per box for Silver and Diamond Sister plan holders, FREE for Platinum Sister plan holders.

You can find our shipping calendar here to know when your box is coming or the perfect time to gift a box!

Shipping dates are subject to change and subcribers will always be notified of shipment delays.

Who do I report my billing issues/concerns to?

How do I cancel my subscription plan?



We hope that you were satisfied with the boxes you received! To cancel your subscription, send your name, email address, and order number to support@foundersandpearls.com and we will cancel your subscription. We only do partial refunds. You must send your cancellation in before midnight (eastern standard time) on the 15th of the month prior to your next box shipment if you want to cancel and receive your partial refund. You can always find our shipping dates on the shipping calendar here.

 

Example: To cancel for Spring Probate box shipping April 1st, we need an email from you by March 15th. There are no refunds for the first box in your subscription plan BUT we do honor full refunds within 24 hours of purchase.

I need to update my address or billing info. Where can I do that?



Send an email to support@foundersandpearls.com with your name, email address, order number, the previous address and new address. We will send you a confirmation email once this information has been updated in our system. You must tell us about your address change before the last day of the month prior to ensure that your Founders and Pearls box goes to the correct address.

Do you ship outside of the US?



At this time Founders and Pearls does not ship internationally. With sisters from several organizations represented all over the world, we hope to expand sooner than later.

I joined the email list, am I a subscriber?

Not just yet. You become a subscribed sister when you purchase a subscription plan and receive you confirmation from us. Our subscription plans do sell out per sorority so don't miss out! We can't wait to have you - SUBSCRIBE HERE!

Why do we pay up front for our subscription plan?



Simply put - no one likes autodrafting and recurring payments! We are dedicated to your happiness with our box and the participating vendors. We also plan the boxes for the year well in advance so they meet your needs throughout your plan.  If you ever need to cancel, send us an email with your name, email address, and sister number to support@foundersandpearls.com and we will cancel your subscription. You must send your cancellation in before midnight (eastern standard time) on the 15th of the month prior to your next box shipment if you want to cancel and/or receive a refund.

What if I don't like what is in my box?



We do not take boxes back but whatever feedback you have, WE WANT IT! Please drop us an email at support@foundersandpearls.com 

and tell us what you didn't love. We want to make this an awesome experience for you. You can always give the items you don't love to a sister or new member in the area!

Do you accept return and/or process refunds?



We do not accept box or item returns. We do process partial refunds for subscription plan cancellations. Please contact us via email us at support@foundersandpearls.com to share your concerns or request a refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I log into my customer profile or see my past orders?



At this time, we maintain sister profiles on the back end. We are a new company working through the kinks to get profiles on our site. You should have an order number once you complete your purchase which will always get your order confirmations and receipts from our team. Please contact us via email us at support@foundersandpearls.com.

Why don't you serve my sorority?



Sis we are getting there. The founders of this company see the value in every sisterhood and we are very cautious with how we can customize and serve each one. Please subscribe to our mailing list to see when we start serving your sorority. You can also send us an email to get more information about how we can meet your sororities needs at support@foundersandpearls.com.
